Costs: $1,880 per person includes:
- 7 nights accommodation at the resort (Dec 26-Jan 2) in a Tentalow (see other lodging options - deluxe, super deluxe - below) based on double occupancy.
- Tropical Tantra workshop
- 3 delicious meals per day (vegetarian, seafood or meat options) from dinner on Sun 12/26/10 to lunch on Sun 1/2/11
- Transfer from and to the international airport at San Jose, Costa Rica
- Two excellent daylong excursions, and a surprise half day trip
- Gratuities for the resort staff
International flights and incidentals are not included. Space in this retreat is limited. Register early to avoid disappointment!
Deposit & Payment: The deposit of $500 per person reserves your place. The balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat, on November 14th, 2009. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail (or letter if you don't have e-mail).
Early Discount: If you pay in full by 9/26, 2010 take $100 off per person. For full payment by 10/26, 2010 take $50 off per person

Refund/Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance: Life is unpredictable, and to secure your investment in this vacation, please purchase travel insurance when you register to cover your expenses for airline tickets, the retreat etc in case you do need to cancel. We usually use TravelGuard or insuremytrip.com and the cost is around $75 per person.
The deposit is refundable only in extenuating circumstances, in which case an administration fee of $150 per person applies. Because of the resort's cancellation policy we cannot give refunds after November 14th, 2009.
Lodging Options:
There are three types of lodging at the resort each with either two twin beds or one king bed. The cost below is based on double occupancy and includes everything except your international flight.
- Tentalow: The Tentalows combine the adventure and feel of the outdoors with the amenities of a room. These 12' x 12' x 12' luxury tents have carpeted floors, very comfortable beds (the same as in the other accommodations), electricity, space for your clothes and plenty of fresh mountain air. Shared, attractive bathrooms are set in lush gardens nearby. ($1,880 per person)
- Deluxe: The deluxe accommodations are the A-Frame bungalows and Vista apartments. They each have a private balcony with stunning views, their own baths, balcony and coffee maker. ($2,035 per person)
- Super Deluxe: The super deluxe rooms are the Kivas and Tri-levels. These accommodations have plenty of space and comfort, offering a living area, private bath, balcony, and a coffee bar. ($2,190 per person)
Attending as a single? If you are attending as a single, you will share your lodging with another single of the same gender. Single occupancy may be available. Please call us for rates.
Flight & Travel Information: The resort is located a 20-minute drive from the international airport in San Jose, Costa Rica. Upon arrival you will be met at the airport by our driver and taken to the resort.
Logistics: Please arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica during the day on December 26th, 2010. Unless you are staying extra time after the retreat, please book your flights to leave on Sunday, January 2, 2011.
Our first session begins after dinner on Saturday, December 26th, and our closing circle is held on Friday evening, January 1st, 2011.
Generally, we have two Tantra sessions per day. On excursion days, the schedule varies. There is plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy your magical surrounds and spend quality time with your partner or others in the group.
