Costs: $3820 per couple includes:
- 1 night lodging at the Hampton Inn, San Jose Airport (Feb 13-14)
- 7 nights accommodation at the resort (Feb 14-21) in a tentalow (see lodging options - bungalow, hacienda room - below)
- Advanced Tropical Tantra workshop
- 3 delicious meals per day (vegetarian, seafood or meat options) from dinner on Sat 2/14/09 to lunch on Sat 2/21/09
- Transfers: Domestic flight to Puerto Jimenez and 4WD taxi to Carate from San Jose, Costa Rica on February 14th; charter flight from Carate and Puerto Jimenez back to San Jose on February 21st, 2009. (optional: charter flight from Puerto Jimenez to Carate; instead of taxi)
- Two excellent excursions and a 60-minute massage
International flights and incidentals are not included. This exclusive retreat will be for 12 couples only, so register early to avoid disappointment!
Deposit & Payment: The deposit of $1000 per couple reserves your places. The balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat, on January 3rd, 2009. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail (or letter if you don't have e-mail).

Early Payment Discount: If you pay in full by 10/14/08, deduct $100 per couple. For full payments by 11/14/08, deduct $50 per couple.
Refund/Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance: Life is unpredictable, and to secure your investment in this vacation, please purchase travel insurance when you register to cover your expenses for airline tickets, the retreat etc in case you do need to cancel. We usually use TravelGuard or insuremytrip.com and the cost is around $75 per person. Because of the resort's cancellation policy we are cannot give refunds for cancellations after 12/14/08, sorry.
Lodging Options:
There are three types of lodging at the resort. The cost below is per couple, per room and include everything except the optional extra flight.
- Tentalow: The completely enclosed stand-up tents have two single beds that are made into one king size bed, and a balcony overlooking the canopy of the rain forest. Bathrooms are nearby. (from $3,720)
- Hacienda Room: The spacious colonial-style hacienda rooms have private baths and one double-bed and one single-bed.( from $4,140)
- Bungalow: Comfortable, cool, spacious, and thatched roof bungalows provides two double beds, a private deck, and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. (from $4,420 per couple)
Flight& Travel Information: The resort is located on the Osa Peninsula, in southern Costa Rica. Book your international ticket to fly into San Jose, Costa Rica. From there we will travel by Nature Air to Puerto Jimenez.
Optional Flight: The transfer from Puerto Jimenez to our resort will be in a 4WD taxi, and take about 2 horus. The road is rough, so for those of you who appreciate their absolute comfort, you have the option of a charter flight from Puerto Jimenez to Carate, for an additional $50 per person. When you register for the retrreat, you can choose that option and we will arrange the booking for you. (Note that on your way back, the charter flight from Carate to Puerto Jimenez and back to San Jose is already included in the price. )
Logistics: Please arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica during the day on February 13th. Our whole group will travel to the resort together by plane (Nature Air) on February 14th in the late morning, leaving from the Hampton Inn. Your night at the Hampton Inn is included in the retreat price. Read more about this hotel here.
Book your flights to leave Costa Rica no earlier than 3pm on Saturday, February 21st, 2009. We depart the resort in the morning or after lunch on Saturday, February 21st, 2009.
Our first session begins after dinner on February 14th, and our closing circle is held on Friday evening, February 20th.
Generally, we have two Tantra sessions per day. On excursion days, the schedule varies. There is plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy your magical surrounds and each other.
